Emil Frey's existing EV charging infrastructure was not internet-connected and had inefficient meters, making billing for energy use and management impossible. The operations team lacked visibility into who was charging, how much energy was being consumed, could not support charging payments, and had no way to invoice energy usage across the various shared entities at the site.
Comprehensive EV charger integration
DejaBlue implemented a complete solution, including replacing chargers with MID-metered models, establishing a secure WiFi network for connectivity, and configuring chargers for centralized management through DejaBlue's supervision platform.

The site now efficiently controls charger access and accurately bills users. It supports both public and private charging with different rates for visitors, corporate vehicles, and employees - reducing operational costs and generating new revenue from external usage.
